By accessing or using Bow-Builder (bow-builder.com, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Bow-Builder is a free reference tool that helps you select a compound bow and accessories (sights, rests, quivers, stabilizers), check mechanical compatibility between them, and see pricing information gathered from manufacturer and retailer websites.

Bow-Builder is not a retailer. We do not sell products, process payments, or fulfill orders. Every purchase you make is completed entirely on a third party’s website, under that party’s own terms.

Pricing, specifications, images, and availability shown on the Site are gathered from manufacturer and retailer sources and may be out of date, incomplete, or incorrect at any given time. Prices and stock can change on the retailer’s site without our knowledge. Always confirm current price, specifications, and availability on the retailer’s own product page before purchasing.

Our compatibility checks compare published mounting and interface specifications (for example, rest mount type or sight mount type) to flag likely fits. This is provided as a convenience only and is not a substitute for verifying fitment yourself or having equipment installed and inspected by a qualified archery technician.

Archery equipment can cause serious injury if assembled or used incorrectly. Do not rely solely on Bow-Builder’s compatibility results when assembling a bow setup — verify fitment with the manufacturer or a licensed archery shop before use.

The Site links out to third-party retailer and manufacturer websites so you can view or purchase products. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, pricing accuracy, security, order fulfillment, or customer service. Your purchase is a transaction between you and that retailer, governed by their terms and policies.

Some links on Bow-Builder are affiliate links. If you click one and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This helps support the cost of running and improving the Site. Affiliate relationships do not influence which products we list or how we present compatibility or pricing information.

If you submit a bug report, feature request, or other feedback through the Site, you agree that we can use it to improve Bow-Builder without owing you compensation or credit, and without any obligation to implement it.

Please don’t: attempt to access non-public areas of the Site without authorization; interfere with the Site’s normal operation (including automated scraping of the Site itself at a rate that degrades service); or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Bow-Builder name, logo, and the compilation, organization, and presentation of data on the Site are owned by Bow-Builder. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers and retailers and are used for identification purposes only.

All product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners. Bow-Builder LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any bow, sight, rest, quiver, or stabilizer manufacturer whose products or trademarks appear on this site, except where an official partnership is explicitly stated. These marks are used solely to identify and describe the products offered by these companies.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bow-Builder is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or any purchase made through a linked third-party site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
